ACS712 ELC 30A Hall Current Sensor is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The ACS712 ELC Hall Effect Current Sensor allows you to measure both AC and DC current safely and accurately in your electronics projects.
Based on Hall Effect sensing technology, this module provides electrical isolation between the high current load and your low voltage control circuitry. This makes it a safer and more reliable option for monitoring motors, batteries, and power systems without directly exposing your microcontroller to high current paths.
The sensor outputs an analog voltage signal centered at VCC/2 (approximately 2.5V when powered at 5V). As current flows through the onboard conductor, the output voltage increases or decreases proportionally. By reading this value with your microcontroller’s ADC, you can calculate real time current consumption.
Perfect for robotics, energy monitoring, battery systems, and STEM education setups.
